Crafted 100% from Sauvignon Blanc, N°1 White 2020 is a very aromatic, crispy and elegant wine. On the nose, it offers intense citrus fruit aromas of lemon and grapefruit, underpinned by an elegant minerality, typical of Sauvignon grown on limestone soil. The lively palate, ample and savoury, is backed by a great freshness. This well-balanced wine culminates in a long, aromatic finish.
