It is also lovely in a gin and tonic! Why not try this recipe? Gin & Rose Petal Jelly: Shake up a measure or two of your favourite gin with a spoon to taste of Rose Petal Jelly in a shaker full of ice. A dash of lemon juice is optional. Pour over ice, add a measure of tonic and stir gently.
