Bonito del Norte is a type of small white Tuna, also known as Albacore, caught off the coasts of Galicia.It has an especially fine and delicate flavour. Very different from the usual tuna in tins! Firm Bonito tuna loin chunks are carefully hand packed in olive oil.

Try using it in a classic salad dish such as Salade Nicoise, perhaps with our Empeltre black olives. Or a simple salad with our roasted Piquillo peppers and thinly sliced salad onions.
