A good quality and very enjoyable duck foie gras bloc, prepared for us by Edouard Artzner in Strasbourg.
Edouard Artzner are one of France’s oldest and most reputed foie gras producers and this duck foie gras is no exception.
Duck foie gras is best enjoyed served cool in fine slices on some lightly toasted white bread or brioche together with a wine jelly or chutney of your choice – the natural wine pairing would be a Sauternes.
Opens with a tin opener.
