The Oak Smoked Zaatar Salami is a herbaceous and exotic made with 100% free range British pork and The Greek Farmer’s own blend of Middle Eastern spices. It is slowly fermented for 2-3 days, oak smoked for 8 hours, and then hung to age for 3-4 months. The result is a salami that is full of flavor and aroma, with a hint of sweetness from the red wine used in the fermentation process.
